This last weekend was very busy with Masonic activities. Started out on Saturday morning at the Midnight Mission downtown LA for the 100 year re-dedication ceremony performed by the Grand lodge officers. This was a really nice service with a lot of people involved. There were people from Grand lodge of California, the Grand lodge of Iran in exile, and the Prince Hall Grand lodge. There were also representatives from Demolay, Job’s Daughters, Rainbow girls, and the youth groups of the Princehall lodges, which are the Order of Pythagorean Kights, and Golden State Grand Youth Fraternity. After the ceremony some of the participants stayed and helped serve the homeless lunch.
Saturday night was Job’s Daughters Bethel 333 installation of officers. Congratulations to Krystal Sanders on being elected as Honored Queen for this term. Cornerstone Lodge was well represented with 11 Masons in attendance. It is really great to see the brothers support the Bethel.
